I am very disappointed with the service at this T-Mobile store. I bought an iPad with the promise that a special offer would be applied, but they never honored it. Instead of paying $100, I’m being charged $500. I’ve called multiple times, and every representative gives me a different answer, but no one solves the problem. Estoy muy decepcionada con el servicio de esta tienda de T-Mobile. Compré un iPad con la promesa de que se aplicaría una oferta especial y nunca me la aplicaron, de 100$ estoy pagando 500$.
