I know this is a third party store I just don’t understand how T-mobile corporate allows these stores to operate. They scammed my account by adding lines instead of doing upgrades like I asked and the manager LARISSA did not help whatsoever and actually sent me to another location when I did everything there to begin with. Save yourself a trip and stop going there
Poca gente en la fila y buena atencin
Larissa is so nice and help a lot
Larissa was profesional in every way. I was willing to which to another carrier. But she truly, transformed the situation for the better!
