I have nothing against the store at Hillsboro. They were always very kind, informative, friendly and polite. BUT, the company T-mobile has no respect with their clients. They made a mistake saying that I don't meet the requirements to unlock my phone. They realized it was a mistake, and after almost 1 week of my first request, they still need more 72 business hours to unlock my phone. No respect at all.
