Nick and the team was amazing
Went in for a phone exchange and setup Nick was amazing. He and his staff was extremely helpful if i could do 10 stars i would
Went to switch carriers and left feeling like this is what good customer service, good interpersonal skills and good business tactics look like. Wonderful team all around especially Nick and all the other members of staff who worked 6/19:2026. Thanks for being good team players all around!
DO NOT WALK FROM THIS STORE RUN!!!!! This third party retailer will be shut down before the end of this month. They are horrible people that work there stealing money from innocent individuals. They added 7 lines to my account forging my signature!!! This is a federal offense which will be handled appropriately. I have had to go through so much trouble to get my money back. The cooperate company assisted me as well as headquarters.
