This has to be one of the worst T-Mobile stores. I would say stay far away. They tell you one thing and then you get your bill and it is another thing. They are not helpful at all. They also told us the monthly fee would be $100.00 a month plus out internet. As long as we stay with the plan for 24 months the phones are free. This is not happening. I ma on the phone with T-Mobile Customer Service who states I have to go back to the store to see what they can do. This has been such a nightmare
This is the worst store to deal with. They don’t train their employees. They give false information to the customers and when you ask to speak with the manager he is never available. I wish I had something good to say about this store but that is not the case.
Whoever helped my dad did an legal sale just so he could get paid for making one. The horrible tmobile person told my dad that he could get a new free S16 to replace A51 that was quitting on him. The guy neglected to tell him he had to add two new lines in order for him to get for free. My dad never sign any papers for anything to be changed or add to our bill which is grandfathered in since hes been with tmobile for 35 years. My dad nevwr agreed to anything. The person who did this sale needs fired.
