I hate to leave a bad review. So I’ll start out with saying the staff is very polite and personable. I’m pretty easy going, so I get that mistakes can happen. Unfortunately, that’s what got me strung along for longer than necessary. When I signed up, I got in on a promo for 4 phone lines and only two of them would be used. I am livid with the deception and fraud that went on with my experience here. I came in wanting to trade in my iPhone 11 for the 15 and was told they had none in stock. I settled on the galaxy but needed a payment plan for it. I transferred over my phone number, then proceeded to ask if my apple watch would be compatible with it. Upon being told no, I inquired about a galaxy watch. The price was steep at the time so I told them that if they had a payment plan for this too then I would get both. They need to have a variety of charges, not everyone wants a 6 ft charger and I recommend getting real Apple products instead of no name chargers that give people problems. No wonder why there is no return policy on chargers, because they’re worth nothing
The two guys working January 5 2026 at night shift just didn’t want to help me at all made so much excuses why that’s not the place to receive help to try another T-Mobile is nuts
