DO NOT WALK FROM THIS STORE RUN!!!!! This third party retailer will be shut down before the end of this month. They are horrible people that work there stealing money from innocent individuals. They added 7 lines to my account forging my signature!!! This is a federal offense which will be handled appropriately. I have had to go through so much trouble to get my money back. The cooperate company assisted me as well as headquarters.

Zeni gave great customer service and helped me set up my new phone. Her hospitality is amazing and was super sweet.
I hate to leave a bad review. So I’ll start out with saying the staff is very polite and personable. I’m pretty easy going, so I get that mistakes can happen. Unfortunately, that’s what got me strung along for longer than necessary. When I signed up, I got in on a promo for 4 phone lines and only two of them would be used. I am livid with the deception and fraud that went on with my experience here. I came in wanting to trade in my iPhone 11 for the 15 and was told they had none in stock. I settled on the galaxy but needed a payment plan for it. I transferred over my phone number, then proceeded to ask if my apple watch would be compatible with it.
