this location gets 5 stars just because of ZENI!!! she was so up beat and positive throughout our entire transaction!! (3 hours mind you) and not her fault at all! our plans were all messed up for multiple reasons and every issue that popped up, zeni was on it! honestly i can say i had fun while waiting around for upgrades, transfers, errors, etc!! one thing i didnt like was the way i witnessed the manager, john, interacted with his staff. he spoke very condescending to them and would jump in to "help" all while continuing t... read more
Antonio and Nikki were awesome and very informative! I got all of the info I needed and Antonio made sure I knew all the deals available. It was agreat experience for me and i got exactly what I wanted!
Great service. Friendly atmosphere. Only drawback is not very large and only one folding chair to sit while waiting. Mgr was very accommodating and helpful.
Nikki was very friendly and fast, w e get a replacement in are phone in less then 15 minutes, everything was very clear. Thank you Nikki
