I am livid with the deception and fraud that went on with my experience here. I came in wanting to trade in my iPhone 11 for the 15 and was told they had none in stock. I settled on the galaxy but needed a payment plan for it. I transferred over my phone number, then proceeded to ask if my apple watch would be compatible with it. They need to have a variety of charges, not everyone wants a 6 ft charger and I recommend getting real Apple products instead of no name chargers that give people problems. No wonder why there is no return policy on chargers, because they’re worth nothing
The two guys working January 5 2026 at night shift just didn’t want to help me at all made so much excuses why that’s not the place to receive help to try another T-Mobile is nuts
