If I could put a -5 Stars I would. Jayden who represented himself as a supervisor was the rudest, most embarrassingly unprofessional counter boy I’ve ever seen. I’ve been a Tmobile customer for 5 years with 6 lines on my plan. Good as usual
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this T-Mobile store. I was assisted by a female employee who wears glasses and has a visible mark on her forehead. She speaks both Spanish and English (and she was not the only bilingual employee there), but her attitude was extremely rude and unhelpful. From the beginning, she showed no willingness to help. I'm sure Jayden is technically proficient and a genuinely good person, but he's young and doesn't realize how offputting his customer service is. He's way too quick to say no, he doesn't say "no" in any kind of an empathetic way, and he doesn't offer any alternatives or outside-the-box ideas. He's done this to me twice now and today I walked out and went to the Boca location instead, where they did for me what Jayden could not (transfer a SIM card into an unlocked android phone I bought on Amazon.)
