A bunch of ignorant employees. Called to ask about the internet services, Miguel the "manager" said with any phone line is $35. I go to the store and find another ignorant employee call Juan, he said no, for the internet you must have a $55 phone line to get the internet. Run the other way...or call the 1800 to get the internet.
Horrible customer service and rude. I sent my sister there to check out plans and get information about how they work. Rep name “juan” was unwilling to explain anything and discriminated against her. Guess what? US citizens can live abroad too and decide to come back to the country and they need new phone numbers. Get off your high horse. We will be taking our business elsewhere
Everytime I come to this store either the people working there have no clue what they are doing or they need a manager and there’s none around. I’m returning the T-Mobile internet and they told me I have to go to ups. Even tho their own customer service said I can drop it off to any T-Mobile store with the shipping label printed. Never been to a store with that many lazy staff before.
Seem sketchy
T-mobile is a great company to have employees like that. It's a shame.
