Went in on 3/31 to upgrade my phone. Associate named Darling wouldn’t help me properly or the young lady that entered after me. Darling told me I should put insurance on the phone and then Make a claim tomorrow 🫤 After this I had to ask for a manager and while assisting me he witnessed a different customer leave due to Darling’s lack of assistance. A bunch of ignorant employees. Called to ask about the internet services, Miguel the "manager" said with any phone line is $35. I go to the store and find another ignorant employee call Juan, he said no, for the internet you must have a $55 phone line to get the internet. Run the other way...or call the 1800 to get the internet.
Horrible customer service and rude. I sent my sister there to check out plans and get information about how they work. Rep name “juan” was unwilling to explain anything and discriminated against her. Guess what? US citizens can live abroad too and decide to come back to the country and they need new phone numbers. Get off your high horse. We will be taking our business elsewhere
