Went into this location to return a defective home internet gateway. Some small authoritarian little girl refused to give me a confirmation receipt that the unit was dropped off and out of my possession. I was not leaving the unit under those circumstances because when it gets lost I'm liable. The ignorance lack of cooperation and understanding what is remarkable. If I could put a -5 Stars I would. Jayden who represented himself as a supervisor was the rudest, most embarrassingly unprofessional counter boy I’ve ever seen. I’ve been a Tmobile customer for 5 years with 6 lines on my plan. I was planning to upgrade some of our phones but after asking him for a little help with my iPhone 13 that I bought from tmobile along with the rest of my family’s iPhones including my moms phone and my wife’s moms phone, I was so appalled by his terrible attitude basically telling me he couldn’t help ... read more
