Eh; the customer service,while ‘nice’, was not informative, not professional. They use doublespeak, meaning that they couldn’t say that I was actually buying the device, only that ‘there is a phone line connected to it’. Extremely vague, not knowledgeable and pretty disrespectful to the younger generation (but that part is just an opinion, just a general feeling) the reps there definitely need more sales training and there is a definite need to be more transparent. Most seamless experience yet! Visited today with my husband and met with James to discuss options for charging issues related to my husband's phone. James introduced us to Victoria who began the price comparison based on our options. This comparison uncovered offers we were entitled to. With Victoria's help we ended up getting a new phone for my husband and took advantage of a smart watch offer for very little additional expense to us (taxes).
