Would of put 0 stars if I could. Took advantage of a single mom with kids and not able to focus on everything she was saying. Added additional lines and insurance even when I had said no. Whatever makes you the most commission and takes advantage of someone who is just making it by.
Poor customer service.
Excellent customer service!! We had a billing issue regarding a promo we received in the mail and went in at 540pm (closing at 6pm). After multiple phone calls to customer service & a stop at another T-Mobile location, they handled it and were very professional, efficient, and friendly. Oh, and this was all completed in 9 minutes! This location secured our business in the future. 🙂

Eh; the customer service,while ‘nice’, was not informative, not professional. They use doublespeak, meaning that they couldn’t say that I was actually buying the device, only that ‘there is a phone line connected to it’. Extremely vague, not knowledgeable and pretty disrespectful to the younger generation (but that part is just an opinion, just a general feeling) the reps there definitely need more sales training and there is a definite need to be more transparent.
