At the moment would give a zero if possible.I went in the the end of August early September.I broke my phone. I was led to believe I was able to get a free phone nothing said about a monthly charge.I also was led to believe with a change in plan my bill would not increase.I was absolutely never told about pro rated or my internet was going from $30 to $50.I would not have agreed to anything prorated or my internet increasing.
