I initially left a negative review. I deleted it.. I spoke to the manager of this location his name is Joe. He was the only one that was able to explain things in a way that was understandable to us. He took care of everything through the stressful confusion of what was going on with our account. Joe the manager did the best he could to make things right. They are the rudest, their service is horrible , the company should really train this stores reps in customer service.
Went in to get my dad's replacement phone and was helped by a guy named Evan. Very awesome service. He even helped me get the files from my dad's old phone to the new one. Now THIS is why I am a T-Mobile customer.
The help here does not know the products they sell and lie about them. Pure ass holes.
I am So F**cking Disgusted with T-Mobile, Mistakingly I've given them $3,500.00 over the past year for Shitty service, restricting my supposedly unlimited data. So I've payed roughly $1,500.00 in extra charges. I've been a customer since 2004 and I'm done. This makes me Sick, I wonder how many more people are getting screwed if they do this to a 12 year customer!!!!
4 hours in the store -I left with no new phone, and they lost all of my contacts on my current device and was not able to transfer the files from my husband's phone to the new one. Customer service rep claims he didn't do anything to lose the contacts , and claiming it had never happened before. After refunding the money we spent to buy 2 new phones and accessories , he went into the back and hid. This store provide World class premire service. Customer is the first priority and explain well all the plans and services. Sales people are very curtious, knowledgable and expert. Their profesionalism, top class service and Tmobile cutting edge technology persuade me to switch from different carrier.
