Absolutely awful. We had been satisfied T-Mobile customers for years until we switched carriers to save money. After switching carriers, we found out that a customer service rep in the store had added a line to our account without our knowledge and T-Mobile is now charging us for the unused line. Do not trust corporate T-Mobile and be cautious of their retail store employees.

Great service. Austin in the man! He provided options and consulted me on a variety of products and services. I’ve had bad experiences with the other Tmobiles in the area. Thanks for the help.

Just called about follow up question re my new telephone. Voicemail box was full at 4:00pm during the weekday,,Tuesday and no email address to contact the store or the sales person who was helping me.

Just purchase a new iPhone 16 and went into this location to transfer my information. The reps there were very friendly and helpful. They made it very easy for me to go from my old phone to my new phone. I highly recommend this location to anybody around the area!

If you are looking for old fashioned people service, visit this store. The manager and ast. manager will make sure you're a happy customer. Visit Austin and Masi at the San Ramon store. They will make everything work for you using the t-life app.
