Don't bother with this store. Go to the other ones nearby that aren't franchised by Mobileone. They will try to upsell you and say that they won't do certain plans because they are online only, which is demonstrably false because I went to one of the other stores nearby and got the exact things I wanted! Go to the real T Mobile stores.

Recently I went to TMOBILE to fix a problem that I was having with my IPhone. Austin B. helped me to fix my problem. He is very professional as well as friendly. He has helped me on a prior occasion also. Best wishes!

These guys now sell an ISP backup Internet box that runs on 5G and provides 500mb plus when your Internet goes down and only costs $15 per month. Compared to our $350 cable monopoly provider, it looks pretty good as a possible replacement with these pictured plans for the whole house option.

I took my phone in to get it replaced because the screen was cracked. I was giving a number to call and have a new phone shipped to me.. what a waste of time. Take care of business in your business we pay for the insurance

The store did not enter my rebates correctly and I lost $400. The sales person promised it would be zero issues when I moved four phones over from another carrier. $100 rebate per phone. The whole process took about 2 hours in the store. It’s 4months later and I still don’t have my rebates. I’ve contacted the manager and he keeps saying they’ll get back to me bc the sales person didn’t fill it out correctly. But the manager never calls.
