Really awfully service here! I'd rather go to Costco With tmbole service..they have great services in there..they even ask me to take care of my phone..Im just asking if I can get the free phone that I suppose to have but they told me to get it in the corporate location..its looks like they don't want to help if it is like free phone or even the TGIT promotions! T mobile is an absolute joke. The promotion I received online got all screwed up and I tried to come in here to get it fixed. After waiting an hour and the staff online with T-Mobile I now have to go to a T-Mobile corporate store because they can’t help me here. Even though this was not something that I did at all to screw up they miss quoted me and wasted all my time. Sign up at your own risk.
Came in to activate an esim. And the dude i wont say his name but homie tried to make me ERASE the entire phone when that was nowhere near what I asked for. Luckily I caught on to his scheme and moved away from that topic by saying I put my info in already. Clearly this guy didn’t know what he was doing. Seemed like i was just talking to some random with a tmobile shirt and an ipad with no helpful knowledge on my problem. Absolutely awful. We had been satisfied T-Mobile customers for years until we switched carriers to save money. After switching carriers, we found out that a customer service rep in the store had added a line to our account without our knowledge and T-Mobile is now charging us for the unused line. Do not trust corporate T-Mobile and be cautious of their retail store employees.
Great service. Austin in the man! He provided options and consulted me on a variety of products and services. I’ve had bad experiences with the other Tmobiles in the area. Thanks for the help.
