You don't want to know how I really feel about this location, or T-Mobile in general. Just don't. Unless you like getting ripped off and lied to.
My most recent problem qith tgis store was on 7/3/16. The girl who helped me had the worst attitude. I had to physically explain to her what I needed to do. She was combative when I told her I needed to turn my phone in for upgrade, telling me they don't accent turn ins in store, when customer care had already told me to NOT send the phone my mail. I have had NOTHING but problems at this store. I will never go in again. May 2016 I purchased two S7's, a tablet and another galaxy phone and it took almost 3 hours to finish pape... read more
Loud music and four different people helped me if that's what you call it. Kept me waiting forever and never did help me. I finally got frustrated and walked out. I wasn't sure if I was in a nightclub or a business establishment. Music was way to loud and it was mass chaos. Never again!!!
The service we received at T mobile yesterday was so outstanding thank you so much my daughter was in tears because her son broke her phone SMH lol Jesus will work it out and He did☺
Worst company for customer service disappointed making the choich of going to them t mobile is greedy, they be steal from people knowing what I know now about the company the way to handle to my account I will never recommend or refer anyone. ..to this network, management don't empathize or have any feelings.. makes me sick Kyle and Rochelle from headquarters unbelievable left me speechless....
Worst company for customer service. Disappointed in making the choice of going to them T-Mobile is greedy and is all about stealing from people. Knowing what I know now about the way they handled my wife's account I will not ever recommend this network to anyone the managers are trained like robots makes me sick (rochelle & Kyle,)
