Their dysfunctional customer service is exactly that....if these people get minimum wage they are grossly overpaid....Go to another another service these people are fucking worthless.....

Awful customer service. "Stephanie" will mislead and misinform, and you will see extra charges on your bills that you didnt expect. When you go ask for credit back, she will tell you only the manager can do that. The manager "Shannon Dobson" will hide in the backroom "on conference call", and then when the call is over it will be her time to clock out, and she wont even have the courtesy to come out and talk to you.
