We had the best experience shopping a watch for our kid at this location. John, the manager and Lauren were so patient and helpful and guided us with the best plans and pricing for our needs. This store should be the benchmark for customer service at T-Mobile.

I’ve been part of the T-Mobile family for 11 years and I have never had a bad experience until today at this store. The lady who attended us was so rude, unprofessional, not helpful and dismissive. Very dissatisfied. I ended up going to a different store and they were fantastic. Definitely going to that one moving forward and leaving an amazing review for that store.
