Very great and helpful staff!
Employees were nice but the store smelled so bad we couldn’t stay to do our business. I don’t think a/c was working.
I tried to convert my daughter's cell phone to pre-paid phone to reduce monthly costs and the person at the store continued to advocate keeping my daughter on existing expensive plan. In the end I gave up and he told me I would need to call 611 telephone support to transfer the line to prepaid. I came home and called 611 and telephone support confirmed that the store person is capable and should have transferred the line. We had the best experience shopping a watch for our kid at this location. John, the manager and Lauren were so patient and helpful and guided us with the best plans and pricing for our needs. This store should be the benchmark for customer service at T-Mobile.
