Andrei is da bomb! My situation was so weird and difficult for 3 days. I am a new customer to T-mobile and my phone did not want to work at all but Andrei kept working at it. He delivered me out of what was a nightmare and rung me into heaven! Lol. Thank you so much Andrei.

This T-mobile store location is the best in the triangle by far. I came through today with a locked screen on my pixel 6 phone. Mr. Claude came to my rescue. He was very knowledgeable, polite and patient coupled with having me heading back home in 15 minutes. Give this man a RAISE!!!!!!

I am older and horrible at tech stuff. I was prepared to buy a new phone and hopefully reduce my $90 rate. The person serving me said I had 2 additional lines, one being my pad and the other maybe a previous pad. She said I would have to terminate these without giving me any assistance on how or much I could save. I was able on my own to determine what I was paying for these lines and terminated them. I have been with Tmobile for many years but will be saying goodby soon.

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at the Morrisville T-Mobile was so frustrating that I feel the need to share it, especially given how drastically different it was from the service I received at the Kelley Chapel Road location.
