I’ve been part of the T-Mobile family for 11 years and I have never had a bad experience until today at this store. The lady who attended us was so rude, unprofessional, not helpful and dismissive. Very dissatisfied. I ended up going to a different store and they were fantastic. Definitely going to that one moving forward and leaving an amazing review for that store.

By far the best T-MOBILE store in the area! Rachel (a manager) helped our family all switch from AT&T a year ago - she thoroughly explained the process and answered all our questions. Since then, she has always been available to help with new cases and screen protector replacements (for my 15 year old)! She is always happy to help and goes above and beyond! Best store and best manager!!
