I highly recommend not shopping for phones or plans here. I added my brother as an authorized user so he could trade in his phone. The Store Manager asked me over the phone for my login information so he could process the order through the App… I refused due to security info. My brother was able to access to his account through the family plan with his phone number. If I could give this location ZERO stars, I would. They clearly open at 10. I got there at 10:04 and the front door was locked. I saw two employees walking back and forth between two rooms in the back. They never acknowledged me nor came to the door to unlock it. I understand things happen. So, I gave them grace. Dated april 5, 2026. Fake promotions, they're scammers. They offer deals and then the surprise bill arrives with unexpected charges. Are the salespeople scamming people to collect commissions? It seems so, and T-Mobile supports them because Customer Care washes its hands of it, even though they admit to knowing about these practices that go against their "policies." Shameless scammers.
Would be 5 stars but had to pay for a virus removal. I just figured it would be removed out of a courtesy.
