Arrogant staff. I wanted my jan-feb 2018 call history and they said they can’t print it because it’s usually 50 pages long. It was 5 pages and I couldn’t see it online therefore I called them. The customer care said the nearest T-Mobile store could print it for you. And these people won’t do it. Never have I experienced such a bad tone from a customer service representative. I would never visit this store again. I would advice go to the one in morrissville instead.
