Worked with John and Tai. They helped us switch over 4 lines from US Cellular. They knew exactly what they were doing and made the long process tolerable. I would highly recommend this location.

The first person we worked with (Kiara) was incredibly helpful, but ever since then both the assistance and the INEXCUSABLE WAIT TIMES have been abominable. Every follow up has required whomever was working to call someone else for assistamce or to walk through the process. And even then, it's not always worked and then they have to call someone else and start the process over.
