Went in to get a new screen after a disappointing experience yesterday at the riverdale store. Max was extremley polite , quick and very helpful! He has a good crew and should be commended. Job well done max!

I had an amazing experience at T-Mobile thanks to two employees who went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about solving my issue. I've visited other stores before, and no one has ever provided the same level of customer service. My phone unexpectedly stopped working, and I absolutely needed it for work the next day. Gabe went way above and beyond to make sure I left ready for business. Tried everything he knew to help me save money where it made sense. He was easy to talk to and reassuring that we could sort out the problems. As good as customer service can possibly get.
