Store is understaffed for a Saturday. Crowds of people waiting. Phones have no signs to give price/info. Agent (nice guy) recommended a phone but didn't know why. Had to Google most of my questions. When I decided on a phone to buy, they didn't have it stock.
I wish I could give zero stars!! I’ve dealt with six months of frustration with T-Mobile due to a sales rep/manager named Sophia who failed to set up my account correctly. As a result, I never received service or the new phone I was supposed to get. To make matters worse, another manager at a different location told me this isn’t the first time Sophia has caused issues like this. I walked in and was greeted not warmly but courteously. Both associates were busy. I waited 10 minutes plus and left. It feels like having enough staff is a basic requirement of running a business.
Every time I have come to this store the employees are polite, fast, and always have a smile on their faces. Even if there is a ton of people in the store they help people so fast.
We stopped in here for a blue iPhone 17, they did not have any in stock which is not a problem. However, the manager was so friendly and helpful, looking up what we would get for our trade in and the taxes we could expect to pay. We went to the Riverdale store and got the phone, that’s when it all went downhill. Our customer service person at the Riverdale store (yes you Jesus) was rude, impatient and had no customer service skills to name.
