My phone unexpectedly stopped working, and I absolutely needed it for work the next day. Gabe went way above and beyond to make sure I left ready for business. Tried everything he knew to help me save money where it made sense. He was easy to talk to and reassuring that we could sort out the problems. As good as customer service can possibly get. Many thanks to him.

They were more interested in turning me away than helping me solve my problem that the riverdale store then helped me solve.

My daughter was having issues with her S20 she went into this store to get help. The employee told her if she paid 5 bucks she could get a replacement plan under the protection plan. She was told if there were no S20s left then she would get the next model year. The phone came in and the employee started the transfer without telling her that it was an S21 and not an S20. My daughter said why does it say S21 and the employee admitted he had no clue it was an S21. My personal opinion of what customer service is when the phone ... read more

Dom was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Brekin also assisted. I upgraded from an iPhone 12mini to an17 & also got setup with the new WiFi plan. Great service and products. Thanks guys!
