My daughter was having issues with her S20 she went into this store to get help. The employee told her if she paid 5 bucks she could get a replacement plan under the protection plan. She was told if there were no S20s left then she would get the next model year. The phone came in and the employee started the transfer without telling her that it was an S21 and not an S20. Dom was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Brekin also assisted. I upgraded from an iPhone 12mini to an17 & also got setup with the new WiFi plan. Great service and products. Thanks guys!

Had to bring in a home internet device. Girl told me “the system doesn’t allow me to return it” when customer care said I could drop it off at any location for fast and free returns.

Store is understaffed for a Saturday. Crowds of people waiting. Phones have no signs to give price/info. Agent (nice guy) recommended a phone but didn't know why. Had to Google most of my questions. When I decided on a phone to buy, they didn't have it stock.

I wish I could give zero stars!! I’ve dealt with six months of frustration with T-Mobile due to a sales rep/manager named Sophia who failed to set up my account correctly. As a result, I never received service or the new phone I was supposed to get. To make matters worse, another manager at a different location told me this isn’t the first time Sophia has caused issues like this.
