Less than 1 star. Offer better customer service and deals to your loyal customers. I'm talking we've been with T-Mobile for over a decade now. Your trade-in offers are insulting. We just paid off my $950 phone, and I was offered $86 for my Note8 in perfect condition as a trade towards another $950+phone! $86! Samsung is offering $300. Best Buy is offering $260.
