Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life! After waiting in line for 20 minutes to buy a phone, no one said "I will be with you shortly" or "Im sorry for the wait" as a matter of fact no one would even make eye contact with me or the other 3 people in line. Bottom line is myself and another customer walked out. Put on more people if it takes such a long time to activate a phone. I was a cash sale who you let walk out the door. Not how you do business.
Love TMobile and especially the crew at the Wolf Rd store! Helpful, courteous, friendly doesn't even begin to describe the whole gang. Super knowledgeable. I've never had a cell carrier go out of their way to make sure that we were getting the best deal. Go above and beyond when there was even the smallest issue. Customer service at its finest. Stop in and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed. .... ask for Henry P! We love him to death and you will too!

There is a horrible employee named Carol( blonde hair) that has no idea what she is doing and that also gives a nasty attitude
