I’m not going to name any names. I went in to switch my phone. The two individuals who helped me were nice all in all, just the information they were giving me was all incorrect. First, a few weeks prior, I went in to get a quote on a new phone/bill change for said phone. I asked if I didn’t get the phone that day would I still get this quote. They said yes. I would highly recommend this T-Mobile site The manager Keith is so professional and has the customers best interest at heart. He was very patient and took time to explain every detail of my issue and was so supportive. He restocked some items I returned without hesitancy. I really appreciated the customer service.

I had the pleasure of working with Jaiden at T-Mobile in Greece NY. He took his time and answered all my questions Good people skills. It was a pleasure after my experience at the Howard rd location. It's my go to now for a good experience
