I actually went to the t mobile in the mall and the people there did not want to help me with my mom's iPhone that I have a contract with T-Mobile.. I went to this store and the people were very kind and very willing to help me.. I recommend this store over the T-Mobile in the mall

I recently received 2 new devices. Jay took the time to help me set them up with patience .. kindness and never rushed me through the process. Jay is a definite asset to T-Mobile When I initially discussed getting the devices I dealt with Sebastian who was also good to work with.

This company is full of crooks. They will keep billing you after you cancel. I went to the store to verify my account was current after I canceled. I was told I was due a $19 credit. One month later, I received a $250 bill. I went back to the store to question it after I was assured I owed nothing and I was told too bad. This company is a scam!!! Do NOT do buisness with them!!

Продавцы консультанты не компетентны в предлагаемых компанией услугах. Я подключил мобильную связь на 2 линии, при подключении консультант мне пояснил ,что ежемесячная оплата мобильной связи будет составлять 100$, по факту оказалось 153$. В итоге через 2 дня после подключения ,мне на электронную почту пришло уведомление об оплате на сумму 153$. В результате я пошёл разбираться по данному счету и решил отказаться от услуг.
