Came in today and Cora and Cassi helped me with a few issues on my business line. Cassi literally helped me dissect my bill and she was so patient and kind! Might be just me, and certainly no offense to T-Mobile, but I very much dislike going to any cell phone store! Both Cora and Cassi helped to make this stop pleasant and dare I say… enjoyable! They did not make me feel like an annoying old lady (which I kinda am)… and I am very grateful! Great employees!!
Came to this location needing assistance in upgrading my phone, the person there started to help me but apparently the upgrades are done through our own personal phones so she was unable to continue once my phone screen started acting up. Instead she sent me to the nearby Apple store.... Got there... Got told Tmobile shouldn't had sent you here.... Back I go to Tmobile and got told nothing else could be done. Ridiculous. I have come in multiple times For multiple hours, I have called into your customer care base multiple times trying to set up a business line with you guys. I’ve been a customer for over five years trying to set up a digit line to expand my business with you guys. Your front office people are great to work with. They’ve been trying their hardest, but you guys cannot deliver on a product and you guys are charging me on that product.
