I always bypass the Syracuse location to go to Clinton. Much better customer service and less pressure to buy crap I don't need. Syracuse location is like dealing with a car salesman.
Went in for some tm Tuesday swag. Waited for 10 minutes to be acknowledged along with a big lineup. Finally the one lady there told us they were all out. We all left disappointed, but I wish I didn't have to wait to be told I was waiting for nothing.
Too long of a wait time, Only 2 people here.
Cora is incredibly helpful, super efficient, and charismatic! Probably should protect her at all costs
Really not very helpful. They're very quick to point the fingers to apple "gotta get them to help you" even though we bought everything through tmobile, have been a client for the better part of 15 years.
