Don’t recommend. Horrible staff, went in with my partner and our friend, we were all going to switch to T-Mobile from AT&T however he said all 3 of us could not be in the store together, as 1 party, but if all 3 of us opened separate accounts we could all be in the store at once.

Customer service here is HORRIFIC! I was hung up on, put on hold endlessly, and told I owed money even though I don't even have an account. Even the managers had no clue what they were doing. For some reason, I still signed up... guess I'm a sucker.
bought a sim card unlimited to Denmark in Europe, as well as additional GB data, and should also be able to use in Canada. No problem it also works in Canada too........ but it does not. I'm now without phone and internet and paid a fortune. It's fraud. Will never use T-mobile again next time I'm on vacation in the usa.
