Excelente servicio de Yaneidi
Today, Sunday, August 18, I visited this store to replace my damaged extender. I was told to wait for the manager because she was on lunch. After waiting, they helped other customers who arrived after me. I waited over an hour, only to be told that they no longer offer extender replacements in the store. Terrible service and terrible customer care. A complete waste of my time!
