I was amazed at the quality provided by Tmobile. They changed my account and opened 2 lines in 15 minutes. They provided superb service. Johanna was friendly and provided solutions to all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend this store.
I went to the store and was assisted by Johana. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. She was rude and did not properly help me with my request. she never opened the account on her iPad, her attitude throughout the interaction was unprofessional and unfriendly. When I asked for help with my request, she told me she could not assist me, and the way she spoke to me made me feel unwelcome and frustrated.
