Excellent service will be back
Tuve una experiencia muy insatisfactoria con T-Mobile. Compré un teléfono en la tienda y me indicaron un precio mensual, pero al final el costo resultó ser diferente. Cuando regresé a la tienda para resolver la situación, la gerente me trató de manera grosera y culpó al empleado, sin asumir responsabilidad. En general, la atención al cliente fue deficiente y no recomendaría esta compañía.
Mal servicio aquí se demora para atender y no quieren trabajar
Muy mala atención de parte de las trabajadoras dos veces e ido y me han tratado súper mal !! No se lo recomiendo y aconsejó cambiar y dar curso de ética de trabajo a sus empleados !!
