Awesome, courteous, professional, fast, knowledgeable and informative. The staff member that took care of us was so helpful, his name was Alberto. He spoke both languages which it was really a plus since my partner doesn't speak English. I am so happy and grateful for his help. Thank you Alberto.
I am truly disappointed yet again the service provided at this store (Pines Blvd/Douglas Road, FL). I prefer to call their call center than to deal with the unprofessional in that store. The Customer Service representative, Dwayne was very rude, and really was not interested in what I had to say. He didn't give me a chance to explain the issue I was having. He proceeded to tell me to call Apple to sort it out. I'm beginning to think it was because my inquiry would not be included in his monthly quota? Never again!
Very rude customer service the last time I went there. I will not go back to that store again!
Ask for Andrea. She is really customer service oriented.
