This store and its representatives are poor and provide false information to just make a sale. They charge me for a 64 gb phone of 100 down for a phone I didn't want until the new 6plus came out. Knowing that I wanted that phone they still sold me the other 64gb and now when the plus is out I have to pay again 100 down when they told me I didn't. T mobile is a great store but the store number 542 on Sheridan in Hollywood fla has bad customer service under the management of store manager Judy the wait was extremely long and the explanation of the service,the jump and every thing was confusing and poor tmobile experience, however even though the service was poor Krystal helped us out
