Ayer fui para hacer cambio de un celular. Me atendió la Sra Rosy. Me vendió un reloj diciéndome que funcionaba sin Bluetooth, el reloj nunca funcionó. Aparte de eso le encargué un Samsung con más memoria, pagando más por el teléfono por querer más memoria y le aclare NO QUIERO pagar dinero para subir almacenamiento a la nube. Cuando llego a mi casa me querían cobrar obligado para seguir manteniendo mis archivos sino se reiniciaba todo. Today I went to this store to activate a phone and pay bill. I was greeted by Jonathan immediately and he helped me understand all my options for my purchases. Thanks T-Mobile for having a wonderful employee like him.
This is the most excellent service in a T Mobile store that I ever have. for many years I was trying to change my mobile plan for an upgrade, and that was always impossible until now. Roxana (Roxy) was incredible helpful and start working with my account until she fix all the inconvenience that I was dealing with. Very happy with the service. all the staff that was there at the moment was involved with my issue until they give me what I was looking for a great service with my T Mobile account. Thank you very very much.
