This is the worst Store. Staring from the Manager (Úrsula) to the Costumer Service and knowledge of their own Company. 3 days ago I bought 2 iPhones and ask them for the “Jump-On-Demand” plan ... They told me that is not possible for me. Today I called Phone Costumer Service and they said YEEEEES, please go direct to the store and ask them to add that plan to your mobile service. Guest what? TMobile has a team called TForce, it is incompetent to resolve customer issues. I went to a store in Dadeland Mall and a sales team and the manager, all liars and deceivers, want to sell you equipment anyway and lie, offer you Wi-Fi on all AA (National and International) flights as well offer free equipment that can not withdraw at the moment more promise to get to your house, then cancel and you receive nothing, they say you can go in the store to take a tablet free and when it arrives have to pay activation and a further 1... read more
Do not go to this store! The sale associates lie just to make a sale. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 3 months ago. I also wanted a memory card to expand the memory. The sale associate Leidy T. promised (conned) me to believe she can send me the 138 gb memory card if I purchase the Samsung fast charger. I was told to wait 3 months for the memory card.
