I recently visited this T-Mobile location hoping to upgrade to the iPhone 17 Plus, but the experience was very disappointing. When I asked about the different models and features, especially the camera differences, the staff couldn’t give me any clear answers. Whenever I asked follow-up questions about what set the phones apart, the associate would just stand there in silence, which felt very unprofessional. Si quieres que te atiendan con la mayor profesionalidad y el mejor trato, este es el lugar correcto. He visitado esta tienda en varias ocasiones y los muchachos siempre dan lo mejor para que salgas complacido. La última vez Merlyn, Adrian y Matt me hicieron sentir como en casa. Super agradables. Adrian was super helpful with my parents! Exceptional customer service. Jorell also helped out and he was fab! They both stayed with my parents for almost 2 hours so they can have new phones. Only T-Mobile chain I’m coming back too.
Excellent. Today I was at the T-Mobile located at 9435 Harding Ave. in Surfside. I was very impressed. A young woman named Merlin, a young man named Jorel, and another young woman (I think her name was Monica) treated me wonderfully and with great warmth. They resolved my issue and that of others as well. There was time for everyone, and everyone's concerns were resolved and clarified. I'll be back.
