Great store and helpful staff
The Team Members at this location went above and beyond to give us outstanding Customer Service. Monica was fantastic in answering all of our questions and helping us add a line to our TMobile Service. She was very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. Jorell also helped us out a lot - he gave us "future Manager" vibes!! Special thank you to Monica and Jorell! They are a true asset to your team at the Surfside T-Mobile store. We will be back and send lots of referrals your way
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I stopped in to inquire about internet service, but after standing there for about 15 minutes, no one acknowledged me or offered any assistance. The staff appeared to be moving extremely slowly, and there was a clear lack of urgency or customer awareness. Unfortunately, this wasn’t my first issue here, and this experience just reinforced my concerns about their level of customer service.
My phone was sent here for pickup. When I arrived they representative was working with a customer she said, but as I listened the customer was speaking to customer service on the phone so the worker was actually free. When I inquired again, she was playing on her phone and told me that I had to wait. I asked to speak to a supervisor and no one came out. It's been 30 minutes.
Great service! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made everything quick and easy. Highly recommend!
