Great customer service!!! My son was happy with their service. Helped him upgrade his phone.
I’ve been a loyal T-Mobile customer for many years, but my recent experience at the University Place Mall store was extremely disappointing. Nicole, one of the representatives, was rude, disrespectful, and made it clear she had no interest in helping customers. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I’m now seriously considering switching to another provider.

In defense of the staff, I honestly believe they're doing their best just to do their job within the parameters that they have been given. That being said, run as far away as you can from this store. It is horrible. It literally took me two and a half hours to return and unopened phone. Staff calls the Manager, Maria, and they are told that a $70 restocking fee is required.
