Nicole is an amazing member! I actually had a worse experience at another store that was a corporate store. She and her manager I believe her name was crystal tried to scam me into getting a credit card saying my credit score was bad enough to not make monthly payments on a new phone for my trade in! It’s now been months since I traded in my phone, I have spent countless hours on the phone with T-Mobile with no resolution I traded in my phone at this location with a manager in training named Alfredo, Who now works at the Springville branch. I had such a great experience with Krystal at T-Mobile! She spent over an hour helping me with an issue that I honestly caused myself 🤦♀️, and she was so patient, kind, and understanding the entire time. She didn’t make me feel embarrassed or frustrated about the situation and worked with me until she completely solved the problem. I got a new phone over a month ago and had a complex time with the transition from the old to new phone. I spent hours at the store. The manager, Josue, and Valentino were very helpful. Today I had to return again because I downloaded an app with malware from the App Store. Marcelo was patient and kind in helping me restore my phone and delete the offending app. He also gave me pointers on how to avoid suspicious apps and what to do next time. This store has a great team!
Worst service ever, I spend almost 3 hours with my grandma and the employees just walk and talk each other and don't pay attention to the people
