Jose was amazing today! the store was busy, but he remained so calm, found us the best deal, and managed constant interruptions and questions from his co workers. get him a raise
Steven and Luna were awesome! We’d been to multiple stores and had called customer service several times and kept getting pushed to someone else to fix our issue. But these two gave us the time and attention we needed to actually get this issue resolved. Thank you both!!

Do not come here!! I saw other reviews that I wish I had read before. They scam you. They put 4 phones in my account when I opened one for the first time with my husband AKA only 2 lines! Then they charged me way more than I should have been charged and I had to contact tmobile online support. On top of them taking 2 hours to get my husband and I set up on a new plan.
