Went to do an upgrade on my mom's phone and the staff was phenomenal, Mariana was very helpful she made sure everything had transfered over, pictures, passwords and most importantly my work apps. Phenomenal service!!
I waited a about an hour but the wait was worth it, Mariana was the person who helped me with my bill questions, she called customer service and got my questions answered. I also ended up getting an apple watch which I love so much, she was patient enough to teach me how to use it, over all best service!
Mariana, the store manager, was amazing. She solved our problem and got me an incredible promo.Thank you!!

My boyfriend and I needed new phones and wanted to switch to a better plan with stronger signal. Mai was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, was very kind and patient, and made sure we got exactly what we needed. We left extremely satisfied with the service. Highly recommend!
