She was personal, put up with my husband’s “Dad jokes” and answered all of our questions. She was more helpful than anyone we ever saw at the University Place store in Orem. THANK YOU Baylee!! You are the BEST.
This is the WORST store to go to if you need help with Tmobile! The employees are not trained correctly and the manager... don't even get me started!! They overcharged me and then told me to deal with it. When calling Tmobile, they were amazed at what had just happened and refunded me the money. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! I have never had such a horrible experience with customer service than I did at this store.
