Excellent and knowledgeable service
This store is amazing! I was there the morning the printer wasn't working. And from what I heard the whole system kept crashing. Kudos to the guy working, I think his name was Stephen or Steven. He had a line of customers and stayed very cool and calm and tried his best to explain the system issues. Some people just wouldn't cut him any slack, but he remained professional and kept at it. Long story short, I left with a perfectly working phone and a smile on my face. These guys really take care of their customers!
We got a new phone s25 for my wife, phone works fine but setup not so much. When we got home and tried to make a call or send a text, could not complete. Had to call the service department to get connected. Problem was the Sim card was not activated, worked over the phone to complete this task. I was able to walk thru this with them but my wife could never have done this, very frustrating. Bottom line people at the store should be checking this and other task before leaving the store.
