Came in to get our phones upgraded. James has been very helpful and patient and provided great customer service and set us up a new phone. He is also very knowledgeable. He is also very personal able.
Lebanon, Ohio T-Mobile nice people in a good location. I had Verizon for twenty plus years and my phone bars were one or two in Warren county. Very weak. Now with T-Mobile it’s three! Good strong signal! Great price as well.

It's been ok. Workers not very professional. Sloppy. Used to Verizon where they have a very clean appearance.
