It's been ok. Workers not very professional. Sloppy. Used to Verizon where they have a very clean appearance.

Poor customer service. I was having trouble with words and was met rudely when I simply wanted a writing utensil that was finished being used. I gestured for it, I didn't try to grab it. It was returned to the drawer and I was told I'll be given a pen if asked nicely. Being called darling is annoying, but the condescending attitude at the end makes for an overall gross experience. I was about to buy a new phone but left the store feeling uncomfortable instead.

Trevor and Robbie were fantastic. They have been wonderful the last three times my family and I have been in the store. Trevor is new, but asking all the right questions to employees and us as the customer. Great experience.

Over an hour wait… I cancelled my phone and watches with T-Mobile after 20 years 2 months ago they are still charging me for watches EVEN though I cancelled them, they said I didn’t, when I called they told me I had to go to the store to cancel so here I am, on hold at the store trying to cancel my watches. The customer service rep asked who I switched to ( not his business) when I told him he said “I’m sorry” implying my new service sucked. I’m sorry unprofessional, opinion not warranted and rude.
