Professional and caring.
We visited the Lebanon, Ohio store to get suggestions for our phones, which had both stopped retrieving new e-mails. We were helped by Tori, who worked to find a way to get our e-mails flowing again. She was very pleasant, helpful, and (most appreciated!) very patient!
The staff at the store were extremely helpful in helping me set up my new IPad and were very courteous and professional. I will recommend the Lebanon store to all the people I know.😊
