Today i went to tmobile to change phone number for my uncle. He use tmobile for decades, but first time changing his phone number. The staff her name is Natalia or something similar to that name i can't remember. Her attitude and service was not helpful and kinda annoying to us. We know that we can change phone number once a year because scam call but she said that we can not and we have to pay for it otherwise she won't change. Ive been with Tmobile for years, Tmobile as a service is usually pretty good. As for this specific location, they are usually pretty friendly and helpful. One time I went though, the employee asked me 3 times if I had any questions after I had already asked all my questions and made it clear i just wanted to look at the phone options. It made me so uncomfortable and anxious I just wanted to leave. Just wanted to thank Bennett, Zak and Emmett at the Highland Tmobile store. I was without a phone for a few days and they all worked together to help me get a replacement. They even gave me a loaner phone while i waited. Great people that really stepped up and treated me like a valued person. Thank you.

We recently went to a T-Mobile store managed by Zac, with help from Emmit, and it was a fantastic experience. After a frustrating visit to another T-Mobile location, Zac and Emmit really came through for us. Huge thanks to Zac and Emmit for their amazing service. T-Mobile is lucky to have such great team members at this location.

I came in to get my screen protector replaced, and zak helped me. he was very sweet, quick, and confident in what he was doing. Everytime i have cane here, i have always received amazing service:)
