Me & my brother stopped in for assistance today, and the service was not good at all. Everything was dismissive, nonchalant and lacked actual assistance. The young lady didn't want to work today. Needless to say, we went back to the car and called customer service to help.
I came to help Mom Dukes with her phone and man, I gotta tell you: the folks here really came thru and took care of her!! Co-Deshia, Tiffany and now (today) LuLu....all pitched in to deliver excellent service....with a smile!!! I appreciate the kindness and awesome atmosphere they provided for me and Mom's. Thank you again ladies!!!
