This T-Mobile location is exceptionally unprofessional and unpleasant. The employees should not be employed in customer service. I have already contacted the corporate office regarding this matter, but I must express my disappointment that this location is situated next to the Hard Rock Stadium, attracting international visitors, and yet provides such subpar customer service. Unfortunately, this location does not understand the definition of customer service. I have been a longstanding customer of Tmobile, well over 20 years, and I went in to inquire about upgrading to a different plan. In the conversation they brought up the idea of home internet, and they indicated to me that I can get a trial for 30 days, no cost to me. I had a terrible experience at this store. A corporate location told me the store is known for scamming and they should be getting shut down soon. My old phone bill was $110 a month. I came in for a new iPhone and left with a $315 bill that accumulated while I was traveling and turned into $944. I realize that the associate added two extra lines to my bill and they did nothing to accommodate me. This store only cares about making sales and hitting their numbers. Do not trust them!!!
