Poor customer service by the assistant manager. Waste of time and money
Coming from Reno on a trip and decided to stop by to go over service and maybe switching over as our service isn’t the best with AT&T. All I can say is my wife and I are happy to be switching over. Thank you Luis for helping us through the process and being so helpful!

I talked to Caleb then Tyler on the phone, went in for home internet…these guys know all the deals the over the main T-Mobile phone customer service doesn’t! Caleb also offered advice for tent camping in bear country! Ie..don’t leave food in car or trunk (like a review said to do) or u may have a totaled car! I fact checked at home and these guys are right!
