Has to switch service and has help my cell phone hostage . Been on the phone for 9 hours and never resolved the problem !
Thank you for taking the time to help get me the Carrier Freedom promotion and paying off over $3000 to Verizon. The new manager, Bill, really spent a lot of time getting me new phones and making sure that the promotions were uploaded to T-Mobile. I’m not sure how they expect the average person to do that. Thank Goodness for the help!
Thankfully, this T-Mobile is under new management. The employees were so helpful, they got me exactly what I wanted and the manager gave me an insider code that gave my voice lines a 20% discount for life!!! AT&T was charging me almost twice as much and Verizon couldn’t beat the price or the service. I got phones, a tablet, a watch, and home internet for less than I was paying for 3 lines of service with AT&T. Thank you!

T-Mobile is under new management and the service and was amazing!!! They were so friendly from the time I walked in the door I was recognized. I told them my needs and they were actually able to go above and beyond and managed to lower my bill!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good service in the South Lake Tahoe and beyond areas. I haven't found one dead zone that my phone doesn't work. All for an exceptional deal that's super affordable every month!!
