I used this store for 3 years for my iPhones, and never have I seen more incompetence by the workers. When I upgraded to the iPhone 17, they made several mistakes, such as not giving me the promotion they promised and charging me over $500 in my first two billing cycles, not allowing me to use my old iPhone as a trade in like they promised, and putting in their system that my protection plan was only for my old iPhone, not my new one.
