Pretty bad customer service. Their phones don't work well so you can barely hear them when you call. And the guy in the other end just keeps repeating, "I can hear you perfectly well." Yeah, I know you can hear me. The problem is I can't hear you because you work close enough to the phone. Abrupt and rude to boot? Do better. Thomas
The most unprofessional and disgusting service. They added a new line to my account without my consent and upgraded other lines where they could. I submitted a Fraud Complaint. Don’t waste your time at this store.
I asked them to transfer my cell service to their $10.00 per month plan. It turned out to be a "bait and swith" scam. They set it up as a $45/mo plan and offered me a free Samsung A-17 - (which turned out to be a really terrible phone). They stated that even if I switched plans the phone would still be free. Then I received a $58.69 bill for the plan. After an hour on hold, a company representative agreed to switch me to their $25/mo plan.
