My husband and I were very pleased with the great service we received last night from Ryan at our Chillicothe store. He had to spend 2 hours getting our two different phones from two different companies switched over. He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable, he went above and beyond 🥰 Our service/coverage is FABULOUS so far, better than we have ever had, and I cannot believe how much money I have been wasting 🤦🏼♀️ Thank you T-Mobile

Needed a phone and they had it , now we see if i can fet service out in the boonies where i live
I travel and I’ve been into a lot of T-Mobile stores. But the customer service experience I received from Anthony in the chillicothe, Ohio store is above and beyond good customer service. So professional and courteous and fast and extremely knowledgeable. Friday was my 2nd time in the store I’m from out of town South Carolina. Was on my way to visit grand babies for bday party in Indiana. He had everything I needed done in unbelievable time because he knew I was In a hurry. Always smiling and funny.
