They basically lied to me about everything. I took my phones back and closed my account within 7 days BUT was told I could not get my refund NOR could I get a receipt for returning the phones.I had them write it out on paper that I returned them. Should not be this difficult.I would not recommend them at all.

I would 100000% recommend this store. Kody helped me with their customer service line. He is there for the customer unlike T-Mobiles customer service line. After over 40 mins on the phone with customer service (corporate) (Jae) being very rude to Kody, he was very nice and did not change his attitude. He was professional, friendly, and helpful the whole time!!! I’m not sure I could smile like he kept doing while the lady was sarcastic and down right rude to him.
