I started out a little rough, I received an unfortunate faulty router but I came back and the GM Austin took my concern seriously right away and assigned Amanda to help me correct it. She listened and then gave me options on what I wanted to do. She got me swapped out for a new router in minutes and got me a refund for my original one. Will be back!!

I drove 50 miles to go into a T mobil store to ask for assistance. Salina store had ,three employees, zero customers. I ask for help, they gave me a number to call. If I could have solved my problem with my phone, I wouldn't have driven 50+ miles to ask for help. When I called the number he gave me, there was a 57 minute wait. 3 people, being paid in the store and the only thing they could do was tell me to call someone else. They told me without my account number, they were unable to help me.I know they could pull up my acc... read more
