Went in on a Friday an hour before close, multiple people in line and one worker. The worker was new and had to call manager. Could not handle a simple warranty exchange. I recommend going somewhere else. Bad on the manager for leaving his staff. Poorly ran store
Save your time and money, go to a different T-Mobile location or call T-Mobile customer care directly. I would give "Don, who's been there for 5 years" and his crew a ZERO but there is no option. I've been into this store on 3 different occasions trying to get help with my new business line only to be met with a rude attitude and disrespectful comments every single time.
Hold onto your wallet. Not a corporate store. Unwilling to help with any services. They will just have you call t mobile for any help need.
Go to another store. I ordered a couple iPhone 16 Pros because I didn’t want the color of the phones they had in stock. I got a survey from t-mobile like the next day wanting to know how they did. The business wasn’t completed as we had not received our order. I replied I would give my opinion after the business was completed. The next day I received a call from the manager wanting to know why I gave that review. I told him I would complete the review once we received our order.
