El administrator de la sucursal de Pablo Kisel de T-Mobile me engano cotizandome un precio equivocado por unos de sus planes por el cual termine pagando mas de $150.00 adicionales. El trato que me dio el dia que compre el telefono fue muy amable pero cuando volvi hablar y le comente lo de los precios se porto muy grocero y altanero. Me tomo mi numero de telefono y mi informacion prometiendo regresarme la llamada lo cual nunca hizo. No confien en T-Mobile y asegurense que no les pase lo que a mi.
Me hicieron exactamente lo mismo que el señor de abajo me agregan lineas que nisiquiera pedí y me cambian mi plan tarifario. Los empleados un dia te dicen una cosa luego otra y nunca te dan solicion a nada.
