Don't just walk away from these two companies... XX&X or XXXXXXX... "RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN ... STRAIGHT TO THIS ONE... T-Mobile" ... All the staff are extremely nice and helpful... In fact ... they will do what they can to save you a few bucks!!... Just like Melanie did with me!! But... I've dealt with others there too... and they're just is good!! My wife finally dumped us out of that Spectrum too... And switched us to T-Mobile... We've had excellent service!!!!
If 10 was an option that's what I would rate my experience at! Grace is fantastic! She is so patient and knowledgeable! She got me hooked on T-Mobile as long as she is there I am too! Ps...the promotions right now, OMG, I'm so happy with my choices with the help from Grace and her manager was pretty cool too!
We came to this T-Mobile store in hopes that we could switch back over to T-Mobile after enduring AT&T services for 2 years. We should have never left T-Mobile after 23+ years of service in the first place but we fell for the Costco AT&T gimmick and it is now a lesson learned and thing of the past. While our intent of going in was for exploratory reasons, we ended up having a seamless transition switching our services to T-Mobile with the help of Melanie.
