Switched over three phones to T-Mobile at this location. Melanie and her team were extremely helpful in setting everything up with different phones, changing one of the numbers, and helping with the transfer of info to the new phones. Melanie got me a better rate than I could find on the website and communicated very well, even followed up to make sure everything was as expected. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you!

Absolutely horrendous. I spent $1100 on a Samsung s23 ultra. I went in to try to get a privacy screen protector for it and they say they cant do it, they cant order it/it doesn't exist. Ive called customer service and they said the exact same thing. I find it ridiculous a 4 year old phone thats $1100 has a discounted part. Literally ince you buy a bra phone and have it for several years dint expect them to have a single thing for it because they won't, they'll say sorry we cant help you its not in stock so youll wait a few m... read more
My wife and I live in Pasco but I've always gone to the Richland T-Mobile store cause the people there have ALWAYS been accommodating, patient and incredibly knowledgeable! So once again it was time to upgrade our phones so we made our way to the Richland branch and got lucky to have had Melanie help us out.
