The location itself was very convenient. T-Mobile bought out US CELLULAR. So we went to this store since our US CELLULAR phones completely stopped working. Couldn't access anything. My husband uses his phone to track his diabetes. Shayla attempted to assist us, I think. We were there for THREE HOURS!!! And got ZERO resolved!! $167 down payment for a 'free' phone! Didn't have the phone I wanted. So if I took a phone and brought it back to trade for the phone I wanted.... Restocking fee! This bait & switch crap got to end. Plus the long wait times for service are a joke!
This is my favorite T-Mobile store. We didn't manage to fix the problem but the young woman was very patient and helpful.
I’m paying the most I’ve ever paid for the last worst service I’ve ever had can’t wait and counting down the days till I can pay off the phone and leave brand new iPhone 16 hardly works and I just get told I have to use and pay for a phone that doesn’t work half the time added example of screen shot of phone on WiFi with every other device in the house working but my phone won’t work or load anything for hours on end while every other device works terrible customer service and no help for a new phone still on payments bought... read more
My boyfriend and I were with US Cellular for a couple years and had nothing but troubles with our service, even in the middle of town it was always cutting out. We decided to switch to T-Mobile as my family all use T-Mobile and never have service issues. Melanie helped us and she was great.
