Absolutely horrendous. I spent $1100 on a Samsung s23 ultra. I went in to try to get a privacy screen protector for it and they say they cant do it, they cant order it/it doesn't exist. Ive called customer service and they said the exact same thing. I find it ridiculous a 4 year old phone thats $1100 has a discounted part. My wife and I live in Pasco but I've always gone to the Richland T-Mobile store cause the people there have ALWAYS been accommodating, patient and incredibly knowledgeable! So once again it was time to upgrade our phones so we made our way to the Richland branch and got lucky to have had Melanie help us out. Worst Cell Phone Company I’ve ever had 🫡
We had outstanding service with Shayla yesterday. 10 stars for sure. She helped put the speaker back on my new phone plus other things I needed. Shayla was very patient and understanding. Great employee. Thank you.
