Staff needs help!! Thanks for adding a phone line to my account when all I wanted was to see how much extra it would be to add an iPad for my 8 year old. Half of the employees didnt know what they were doing nor did they have any knowledge about T-Mobile. Next time I will make the drive to the St.cloud store.

beware......If you purchase a phone at this store they will refuse to transfer the information from your old phone to the new one. I went in on tuesday and they were kind enough to write down how to do it and when I got home I tried 3 times and it didnt work. I called the next day and the girl that answered said if I came in she would do it for me. I then drove 30 minutes to the store and she helped me. It took about an hour. My phone provider this is the closest to my residence and although it is 50 plus miles away I was happy to go there always get the best of service from my all time favorite phone service provider this storeis particular favorite due to the can-do attitude of the staff
