Kind, attentive, problem solving staff. Idk what some of these negative comments are referencing, was in the store 3 times within the week, all pleasant. Special shout out to Jayda for helping with finding financing solutions.
Had a great experience with Jacque and other staff. Top notch service and made us feel valued as new and existing customers.
Military Service member here. I was assisted/attended by a young T-Mobile employee. He answered all questions and concerns I had, his communication was clear and effective, and on top of that his patience was on another level. Thanks for helping me switch to T-Mobile and helping me get the new IPhone 16 Pro Max!!
They can’t help at all, manager has no sales skills, doesn’t seem to want to people get the right deal to get the phone they want, everyone it’s staring at the view not helping customers which I can’t blame them, but I was really exited to upgrade my 14 pro max to the new 16 and they crush me down, wanting to change the plan that I already have Don't come here people, save your self’s a headache with that manager and order online,not worth spending your whole day arguing with her on what other sales reps offer when she won’t... read more
