Jada was exactly the customer service professional one would hope to want to encounter - we had complicated issues and she went to extra while to get everything fixed and make us a customers for the long haul. She is a credit to T-Mobile.
Always helpful strait forward
Jada went above and beyond to help me. Thank you for all your effort. Your expertise smoothed the way for a seamless transition with no lapse in coverage or password resets. After trying to do this online myself I cannot express how grateful I am to be able to get in person help, especially from an exemplary rep like Jada!
Terra and Jada are the BEST!! They went out of their way to help me when my phone broke. They have incredible customer service and I highly recommend them.
Great service. And very helpful. The girls there are great
