Great people skills awesome customer service, especially the boss man
Besides having a couple employees who need attitude adjustments, they are clueless how to fix issues or problems with phones they sell. After the initial sale of the phone, u will receive substandard help with poor customer service skills. You'd be much much much better off going to the Navarro location.
I would like to thank the wonderful staff that assisted me and my daughter on the purchase of our new phones on 11/30/16 @ about 8pm. Great customer service at T-mobile on Houston Hwy, answered all of our questions we had, very patient although it was close to closing time. We really appreciate it this isn't the only time I have received great customer service at this location. Whoever is in charge give the staff a raise, they deserve it.
