NOT RECOMMENDED OUTLET!!! today, 06/30/25 one staff - lady its UNPOLITE WELCOMING AND EXPLANING for me as a newest costumers. She literally explained without eye contact and looks me very rasist. So, please .. T-Mobile Corp take a note with this matters. Not all new customers you can threat like this. Totaly different with my providers outlet, no wonder you just have rates below my current providers. Shame on you lady! just sit down without nothing!!!
I recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, and I’m so glad I chose the Angleton location. JB, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She explained all the plan options clearly, answered every question, and made sure I was set up with exactly what I needed. The customer service was top-notch — friendly, professional, and efficient. If you’re thinking about switching, definitely go see JB and the team at this T-Mobile store!
