RecommendedWent over to the Florence store today to see about swapping from Verizon. I was shocked at how easy it was and how much money its going to save me. Megan made the process so easy and painless. Great customer service, she answered all my questions and had me up and running in no time. So happy I made the decision to switch!
Today I came by the Florence store to get help resolving issues I was having with my phone. John was outstanding. He had a great personality, and kept reassuring me that he would do everything he can to help fix the problem I was experiencing. He was patient, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude!! I highly suggest swinging by to see John if you are having issues or if you’re switching to T-Mobile! The great customer service that I received from him today is how every network company should be!

Because all I get is dropped calls with T-Mobile all day everyday and then after buying three new phones they tell me I have to get another phone if I want to get full coverage everywhere thumbs down and a middle finger T-Mobile
