I came in to pay my monthly bill, well that didn’t work!!! They cancelled my account and number!!! Why would I pay if I wasn’t going to be needing it! I go in and they don’t even know what happened... Turns out I had to wait more than 24 hrs to get my phone to work again... customer service wasn’t helpful either. Now I have to get a new number because of some crazy reason!
