I went into the store with a friend and got help inserting a new Sim card into his phone that I was porting over. I had to leave with an impatient Uber driver to run an errand. My friend found himself stranded because the phone was not working and the staff at this T-Mobile store did not let him use a phone from the store to call for a ride home. Don't care about their customers I literally have to order online because they do not want to offer customer service to someone who has had service for 9 years. Skip the stores they have robot employees who are rude and roll their eyes and call the main company incompetent why work for a company u talk shit about.... the rep even made notes for them to let them know to take care of me but of course they don't care well u suck and I'll never recommend u to anyone not only did they offer me an apology for the rude employee but... read more
This is my go-to store! I have been a T-Mobile customer since the "Voicestream" days of 2001, and no retail store has ever come close to this location! The associates have always been very friendly and helpful. In particular George and Tony! They are always courteous and very helpful!
The employees in this location are so helpful! They helped me when it was time to Upgrade a few times. And they are willing to go an extra mile to help if there was an issue. Wonderful customer service!
