I do not know how this place has 4-5 stars. I regretfully came back to this location after having a terrible experience last visit, as it is the closest T-Mobile to me. Charlie was rude and passive aggressive. Not sure if she was having a bad day or dislikes her job but T-Mobile should not make her work in the front if she is easily irritated. Prabh and Deion were SUPER helpful in assisting me in adding a tablet to my line for my son’s birthday! Customer service was amazing and they got me in and out. Will only be back to this location moving forward 🤞
Tony and Deion were very helpful in helping my girlfriend sort out a 2 year old mishap in having an extra line added to her account and understanding the EIP's on her monthly bill. They were very patient and understanding in her frustration, and sorted everything out while also providing other ways to improve and enjoy T-Mobile 's service.
I had an awesome experience at the T-Mobile located at 5650 Roswell Rd. PRABH and Deion did an excellent job providing above and beyond customer service. They were very patient and helpful. I actually did a video of my experience to put on my social media platforms. These men deserve a raise!
