Rodrigo was sweet and very helpful about my options to upgrade! Dion just talks over people the whole time and does not let anyone else get a word in. He kept pushing the newest iPhone even after I made it clear I was not interested in that model. Regardless, I had a great experience with Rodrigo and recommend going to him when visiting this store!
OMG this was the best store I have visited in my 17 years with TMOBILE I had previously been to 3 other locations in a week to get assistance with my new Samsung Galaxy S25 ULTRA and a few of my personal sites would not transfer without much help from the other 3 stores. I decided to visit the PRADO store while at work which is a few miles away and DEION welcomed me with a smile and reassurance.
