For the first time in my 10 years as a T-Mobile customer, I had a customer service problem today. I found out that they've been charging me monthly since August for a phone that I purchased in full, out of pocket. I called to get it cleared up, and apparently, T-Mobile's customer care service doesn't actually talk to their physical stores. This is the best phone company I ever had the customer service they are really friendly and helpful they work with you anytime you need any assistance I will recommend to anybody t-mobile is the best of the best no phone company like T Mobile I wish I can give them hundred star instead of five star

Not Good , I have used this company for 15 yrs and my new HTC M8 locks up after 20 days and they want to send me a refurbished phone in place of the 20 day old brand new one ? I need an attorney !! T Mobile is a SCAM !!
