Britney cared more about the customers walking in and making sure she was the first to speak to them than taking care of the ones she already had. She took over an hour to help us when we went in to get an Apple Watch which she didn't even help me set up. She was sitting there texting instead of helping me. I left without my watch even working, I had to speak to IT in order for them to fix it and make it work properly. Currently I am very upset with T-Mobile. On 6/30/17 I bought my iPhone 7 Plus and they offered the iPhone SE and said I would get a rebate in the mail. She even asked for the line I would be adding the phone to and now they are telling me I am denied the rebate because I didn't open a new line. I was never told this by the rep. Going to the store this weekend, this is bullshit!!!!
