I had a bad experience with a rude customer service rep who didn't do her job correctly. I told her that I had insurance and that my phone broke but she told me that I had to buy a new phone. The next day I went back to ask her why she overlooked the fact that I had insurance, she claimed that I never told her. She talked back to me in a disrespectful tone of voice. My mom phone a Galaxy S5 exploded in her pocket and she did not drop it and the crack happened when it exploded and I explained to them there and they refused to do the warranty exchange. I almost cancelled my service but the guy on the line at the corporate office was very polite and fixed the issue. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't do business with your company again. Bought the lg4 from here and the battery died. They did a warranty exchange and 10 days later I get a phone with no battery. Called customer care and let's just say the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Every solution they gave me either would cost more money or 19 more days. 8 Years means NOTHING to this company. GO ELSEWHERE for your phone needs.
I feel that they should make us, clients, feel more welcome. Here's a question, "the employee depend on clients" OR "client depend on employee".
