Great service. AT&T makes it almost impossible to leave. Just the worst service ever with so many hoops to jump through. The ppl in BG T-Mobile got me through though and everyone in my company was excited to get new phones.
Hate is not a strong enough word to describe my displeasure with my phone, and the actions taken by t-mobile to correct the situation. This time last year it would have been a 5 star review, since upgrading to this piece of crap S5 that I want to throw across the room daily, I have become completely disillusioned with T-mobile. I want to clarify that the Bowling Green employees have been nothing but kind & helpful, it is the phone itself & the limitations placed on the store employees by T-Mobile that frustrate me.
